
Caroline McAuliffe practices in a variety of litigation fields, including defending Class I railroads and other corporate and municipal clients in commercial litigation, civil rights actions, and labor and employment disputes. She handles claims involving the Federal Employers Liability Act, along with various entity and fund formation matters.
Caroline earned her J.D. from the DePaul University College of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 2022. While at DePaul, Caroline was a CALI Award recipient and earned the distinction of Best Overall Advocate and Best Respondent Brief in the William J. Bauer Moot Court competition. Caroline earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Notre Dame, where she was a member of the Women’s Boxing Club. She also received the J. Sinnott Meyers award for Community Service in 2018 during her time at Notre Dame.
