Heidi is a 2025 J.D. Candidate at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law.

She is a law clerk at MGS where she assists with legal research and writing in civil litigation, Federal Employers Liability Act (“FELA”) matters, and labor and employment claims.  

Prior to MGS, Heidi was a paralegal for 8 years where she worked on FELA, civil rights litigation, medical malpractice, and insurance defense cases. She was also a legal extern in the commercial department of the Circuit Court of Cook County Law Division. 

Heidi is a board member of the UIC Law Review, member of the UIC Moot Court Honors Council, and prior teacher’s aide (PC) for legal writing. 

Upon graduation and completion of the Illinois bar exam, Heidi plans to join MGS as an Associate.
