Mallory Sanzeri brings to Mohan Groble Scolaro over a decade of exceptional experience defending target companies in catastrophic injury, occupational exposure, wrongful death and other high exposure cases.

She has defended her clients across the country in jurisdictions commonly referred to as “judicial hellholes” including personal injury cases under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act. Mallory has tried over 20 jury cases to verdict in the state of Illinois alone and has represented companies in railroad, other transportation, construction, insurance and products liability cases.

Mallory’s experience includes not only working for other defense firms representing clients similar to those she represents in her role as partner at Mohan Groble Scolaro, but also as a trial lawyer in an in-house litigation role, where she was freely allowed to gain valuable jury trial experience and learned the impact of her results on the business of which she was part. Her fascination with winning jury trials began even before she finished law school as she served the DuPage County Illinois State’s Attorney’s office under a Rule 711 license, allowing law students to practice law while supervised, providing her valuable courtroom experience during her second and third years. Mallory displayed her drive and determination by taking an accelerated course load, graduating from law school in two and a half years. Mallory looks forward to helping lead MGS into the next generation.
