Daniel is a veteran trial attorney who has obtained verdicts and favorable settlements for over more than 20 years for his clients across the Chicagoland area. The former prosecutor has expertise in every facet of civil litigation and boasts extensive experience in the areas of personal injury defense and commercial matters.

Daniel began his legal career as a prosecutor at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office where he tried more than 100 criminal and civil cases.  In 2005, He began working full time in civil litigation representing individuals and businesses in a multitude of areas, including medical malpractice claims, railroad accidents and worker injuries under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, auto and trucking accidents, premises liability claims, and other business matters and disputes.

In addition to his litigation practice, Daniel represents individuals and businesses in commercial real estate transactions.  He has extensive experience in representing buyers and sellers of commercial properties from the initial negotiation of a purchase and sale agreement through the closing of the transaction.  Daniel is well versed in the drafting and negotiation of real estate contracts, navigating contract contingencies, evaluating tax consequences of purchases or sales, and avoiding liabilities from improper representations or disclosures.  With his litigation background, Daniel advocates for his real estate clients to avoid potential future litigation, but is ready to fight for their rights in court if necessary.
