MGS is pleased to announce that Rachel Johnson has joined the team as an Associate

Prior to joining MGS, Rachel worked as a trial attorney with the public defender agency of Massachusetts, the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS). She appeared before the District, Superior, and Supreme Judicial Courts of Massachusetts. She also represented clients in felony criminal matters, in preparation for jury trials. Rachel’s work with the public defenders earned her a peer-elected “Emerging Defender” Award.

Rachel graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law, receiving the Presidential Academic Scholarship.

With MGS, Rachel will concentrate her practice on a range of litigation matters, including defense of Class 1 railroads, corporate clients, municipalities, police departments, and police officers in state and federal courts.
