The Circuit Court of Cook County granted Sean Sullivan‘s motion to transfer a personal injury case to Putnam County, Illinois. The court accepted our client’s argument that Cook County had no connection to plaintiff’s claim, which allegedly arose out of an injury sustained at the company’s electric generating plant in Putnam County.
