MGS obtained a defense verdict for CSX in a case brought by a contractor employee. Plaintiff was an employee of Quality Terminal Services, who claimed to have been injured when his spotter truck was struck by a train operated by CSX Transportation in the CSX Intermodal Yard at 59th Street in Chicago, Illinois. The jury found for the defendants on all theories of liability.
