Bob Prendergast, Kathryn Doi, and Tyler Roland recently secured a voluntary dismissal with prejudice in an FELA action against their railroad client. 

The dismissal was in the face of pending summary judgment and Daubert motions, which subjected Plaintiff’s claim of a cumulative injury as a track laborer to strong statute of limitations and medical causation defenses.
