Dan Mohan and Jeff Scolaro successfully defended a long-standing rail client in a FELA trial.  The plaintiff allegedly tripped over debris on a switch tie and claimed that railroad violated the FELA by failing to properly maintain its premises, failing to keep it free of debris, and not providing adequate lighting.

Dan Mohan and Jeff Scolaro were able to prove that there was no such debris present, as evidenced by an investigation and photographs on the night of the occurrence, and further maintained that video taken after the accident showed the lighting was adequate at the time of the incident.
