MGS’ Jeff Scolaro recently won a cumulative trauma jury trial for a long-standing railroad client. The plaintiff claimed that as a result of 30 plus years of getting on and off moving equipment and walking on mainline ballast, he had to undergo a double knee replacement surgery. At the end of the trial, Plaintiff’s attorney requested a verdict of $1,032,000, but the jury came back with verdict of not guilty in favor of our client.
